Background: Over The Counter (OTC) drugs which can be sold in the pharmacy without the prescription, The usage of over the counter (OTC) drugs is drastically increasing day by day.  Despite all their benefits, improper use of medicines can bring health hazards. So, pharmacist must counsel the patient regarding OTC medication.
