ABSTRACT

Acne vulgaris (Mukha dushika) is a chronic, multifactorial dermatological condition impacting millions of people worldwide. Ayurveda, with its deep-rooted, multifaceted outlook, has inspired novel evidence-backed herbal formulations. This study thoroughly evaluates Amiy Naturals Acne SOSTM oral drops, combining ancient wisdom and cutting-edge bio-neuromodulatory sciences in addressing acne’s underlying causes. Methodologically, this amplification integrates Ayurvedic principles, the anatomical and pathophysiological basis of acne, mechanistic ingredient analysis, user outcomes, and clinical reasoning behind the deployment of ingestible botanicals such as Vijaya, Manjishtha, Khadir, Neem, and others. Results summarize the product’s role in reducing inflammation, pigmentation, and recurrence by systemically modulating hormonal, neurogenic, and metabolic triggers through the gut-skin axis. Discussion explores Ayurveda’s personalized paradigms, the scientific basis for ingestible beauty, and prospects for holistic acne therapy, making recommendations for integrative dermatological practice and further research.?
