ABSTRACT
A case of semi-invasive pulmonary aspergillosis was diagnosed in a 65-year-old patient with acute myeloid leukemia undergoing chemotherapy. Chest imaging revealed bilateral cavitary nodules associated with reversed halo signs. The diagnosis was confirmed by a high galactomannan level in both bronchial aspirates and blood. Treatment with voriconazole led to a favorable clinical outcome for the patient.
