Conservative management was recently adopted as an option with an aim to reduce surgical complicationand improvematernal outcome. Morbidly adherent placenta is a rare complication of pregnancy associated with high maternal morbidity. It may cause massive haemorrhage thereby requiring emergency hysterectomy.
