Source: 30 volunteers who have complained of Low back pain from IT professionals, 30 volunteers who have complained of Low back pain from Primary School Teachers. An observed the structural changes of lumbar vertebrae in IT Professionals and Primary School Teachers through the X-ray investigations. Result: In IT Professionals result was found that the mild reduce disc space was L5 –S1. The structural changes observed on multilevel marginal osteophytes with endplate sclerosis in L1 – L5 followed by early lumbar spondylosis. In Primary School Teachers result was found that spondylosis noted at L5 level along with degenerative osteophytes.
