INFLUENCE OF THE COORDINATIVE PREPARATION OF BISMUTH (III) WITH HISTIDINE ON THE MORPHOLOGICAL PICTURE OF INTERNAL ORGANS

ABSTRACT
In this article, the remedy named Vigitryl based on bismuth (III) was administered to the laboratory rats with a weight of 160-180 g in 30 days. Then, the internal organs were separated and the morphological appearance was examined at the end of the experiment. The histological picture of the internal organs of the experimental group, which was injected with vigril 25 mg/kg, showed that long-term administration of the drug Vigitril in the structure of the studied internal organs does not cause changes.
